Your area of work

HR Global Services provides high quality services to our internal customers, covering the whole employee lifecycle – from the moment our employees join the company until their last day. Our international team is the main contact towards our employees providing administrative support, ensuring the payroll run and taking care about all tasks related to time management, absenteeism and business travel.

Further, as part of ‘Digitize HR’ we drive different projects, workstreams and initiatives targeted to digitize and automate processes and workflows. Being a member of the HR Services unit focusing on ‘Digitize HR’, you will be part of an agile working team, where digitization and agility are not only buzz words, but are part of what we are and what we do.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Managing various small to large digitization initiatives in the HR area of responsibility across the whole implementation lifecycle - collating the ideas from HR organization and employees, analyzing and documenting business requirements, liaising with IT teams on the feasibility and effort estimation, planning the implementation, testing and ensuring rollout activities including documentation, information to stakeholder and organizational readiness
  • Hands-on work on digitization of the HR documents similar to reference letter, work contract, certificates, benefit processes etc.) with the aim to harmonize, digitize and automate the processes
  • Regular communication with IT teams across company on the status of various IT related initiatives and reporting the initiatives status to various stakeholders
  • Using JIRA for creating and tracking the status of implementation and testing of change requests to various HR systems and processes
  • Using SQL and advanced data analysis tools (PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud) to analyze employee utilization of various HR solutions and plan optimization steps
  • Participation in pilot implementations of AI use cases
  • Coordinating and managing internal stakeholders and external vendors

 

Your profile

  • University degree
  • Practical experience with MS Office, MS Teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, technical and logical thinking
  • Experience with business analysis and/or project management
  • Experience with platforms for process and documents digitization
  • High commitment and motivation and pronounced customer orientation
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)

 

Would be an advantage

  • University degree in a technical field field (computer science, systems engineering, data science etc.)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an international company (preferably in the IT/Financial Markets environment)
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Advanced experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup etc.)
  • Experience with JIRA, JIRA Xray module
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate ecosystem, Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Experience with HR processes and documents, DocuSign
  • Experience with HR process analysis and agile project delivery
  • Previous experience with SAP S4, SAP HCM, SAP Concur or SAP SuccessFactors
