Your area of work:
In your role as Business Analytics Specialist you are in charge of pre-onboarding activities, foremostly the analysis of client information and their product orders. You will act as a specialist with customer onboarding, product ordering and contract management, including the related set of tasks and processes. You will conduct analyses by means of various tools (e.g. proprietary systems, QlikView, SAP) and put the results in context with licensing requirements. You will also be in charge of management reporting and instruct co-workers supporting with the analyses. 
In close cooperation with Sales, you will meet clients autonomously or eventually join Sales in consultation calls re: contractual compliance.  

Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services helps clients from various asset classes to navigate the financial markets in all their complexity.  The broad portfolio of reliable information from Deutsche Börse supports investment and trading decisions, managing risk, safeguarding assets and meeting increasing regulatory requirements.  We make data accessible for all market participants and in various formats: from authentic ultra-fast raw data to sophisticated trading analytics.  Market Data + Services provides financial market participants around the world with proprietary market data from Deutsche Börse Group’s Xetra and Eurex trading platforms, as well as with data from our cooperation partners such as 360T, Kaiko crypto data or TAIFEX .  Our clients include analysts, algo traders, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, mid- and back-office professionals and vendors who rely on high-quality.


Your responsibilities:

  • Organize the team of co-workers throughout the analysis process
  • Responsibility for quality management 
  • Execute pre-onboarding including annual updates of mandatory questionnaires with A accounts 
  • Align with internal teams incl. Business Development, Account Management and Customer Compliance Teams to ensure efficiency 
  • Meetings and calls with all clients 
  • Weekly management reporting
  • Qualifications/required skills


Your profile:

  • University degree in finance/economics and/or a comparable education
  • Experience in banking and exchange fields and/or trading infrastructure will be considered as an advantage
  • Distinct analytical skills and project experience
  • Very good understanding of legal and technical language
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and dedication in combination with capability to work independently
  • Excellent perception and endurance
