Your area of work:

Financial markets require fast, concise and accurate information. Market Data +Services (MD+S) provides trading participants with low latency, high-quality data and smart analytics. Among our clients are trading firms, asset managers, algo traders, hedge funds, data vendors and retail brokers. We offer comprehensive data sets, not only from Deutsche Börse Group’s flagship venues, such as Eurex, Xetra, EEX etc., but also from international cooperation partners.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Together with the other members of the sales team you are jointly responsible for coordinated sales activities

  • You are responsible for the identification and acquisition of new clients
  • You manage your own book of business and manage your sales pipeline using SAP C4
  • You actively engage in sales events, conferences and trade shows
  • You monitor industry developments and execute competitor analyses 
  • You will also contribute to the preparation of management presentations and reporting 

 

Your profile:

  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and distinct entrepreneurial thinking, highly motivated and flexible

  • You have successfully completed your university degree in business administration, finance or a comparable education with relevant professional experiences
  • You have 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, (preferably) in within the financial industry
  • Your knowledge of market data industry is a plus
  • You have proven ability to work under pressure 
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English 
  • Competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile. Occasional international travel is required
