Your area of work:
As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.
Your responsibilities:
- Client Data Maintenance;
- Account opening/closing/maintenance
- Organize the recording in system/database and electronic filing of all clients processed documentation in a timely manner including scanning activities;
- Client documentation handling including validation and remediation part with close follow-up with Relationship Management mainly;
- Reconcile the documentation received, chase and follow up with relevant stakeholders on all missing or invalid documentation
- Administrate, maintain and authenticate customers’ authorized signatures list.
- Verification of signatures on a variety of clients’ lifecycle documents.
- Contribute to the improvement of ongoing projects
- Handling of Power of Attorney’s for account administration purposes and reporting.
- Provide regular status on achievements for Management and Audit tracking
- Any other task required for the daily core activities
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or similar in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal;
- Administration experience is a strong advantage. Strong client focus and daily work in line with the DBAG values (performance, reliability, integrity, openness and responsibility);
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently as well as in a team in a diverse and international environment;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to details;
- Very good organization of work and multi-tasking ability;
- A sense of urgency, being able to prioritize and to shift priorities quickly when necessary;
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Detail-oriented and strong sense of accuracy;
- Office administration experience;
- Proficiency in written and oral English, and German. French, Italian and/or Spanish language skills will be an asset;
