Your area of work
With offices all over the globe, Clearstream provides customer support to clients on the day to day use of Clearstream Banking’s products and services. In your new role as a Client Services Officer you will be serving our clients in all core business activities such as Settlement, Custody and Cash for assets deposited with CBL.
- Provide support to clients on the day to day use of Clearstream Banking’s products and services within the Client Services team
- To investigate, monitor, record and resolve any queries/issues raised by the client. Queries are received via telephone or email
- Proactive and ad-hoc reporting: Retrieve and compile data from internal systems for provision to clients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- Record all client queries via our bespoke CRM tool
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or previous relevant experience
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral
- Language: English. Knowledge of an additional language is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
