Your area of work
The team Client Services accompanies our clients through their whole lifecycle with market-leading services: from contract processing, to preparing and ensuring correct billing, as well as providing support regarding contracts, invoices, and other related services.
We are looking to hire a Contracts and Invoices Student within the Client Services Unit. In this role you will be responsible for administrating Data Services’ client contracts and invoices. You will be the processing all related client requests, with an emphasis on undelivered communication including troubleshooting and solving the issue and keeping direct contact with clients during this process.Your responsibilities
- Customer support with regards to undelivered communication and invoices
- Processing of internal and external requests related to contract management
- Interface between our team, accounting, other business units and customers
- Ad hoc support of the team with personal tasks and projects
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree program in the field of Business Administration, Management or similar and have completed at least 2 semesters
- Relevant experience or internship in the field of customer support is an advantage
- Very good language skills in written and spoken, English is required. German is a plus.
- Good command of MS Office
- Quality Focus and strong follow-up skills
- Attention to details and good analytical skills
