Your area of work:
As Communications Manager, you will support the Head of Communication Trading & Clearing developing communication strategies for the companies and brands under the umbrella Trading & Clearing as well as the positioning of senior management. Your focus will also be on writing concept papers, strategy paper/presentations as well as research-based papers.
You will work with the Content Desk Team Trading & Clearing driving the communications activities of the business division Trading & Clearing. Together with the team you will develop and implement in strong co-operation with the business the communications strategy in order to position Deutsche Börse’s Trading & Clearing division as innovative and leading global player and thought-leader. You will support the team in writing articles and thought-leader pieces.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible to write and produce high-quality communication products and quality control as well as process management.
- You are responsbile to coordinate and develop strategic storytelling schemes for Trading&Clearing
- You are supporting the development and the implementation of the communication strategy for the Trading & Clearing division as well as the internal and external positioning of the division’s executives
- You help to plan and implement the division’s PR/media strategy and derive external and internal communication measures
Your profile:
- You are a senior communication professional with strong expertise and experience in storytelling and research ideally in the financial services industry.
- You have completed your university degree preferably in marco economics or business studies, or comparable qualification
- Strategic communication experience is crucial. Journalistic experience an advantage.
- You bring excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- You are customer-focused, creative, and dedicated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Strong interest in Trading & Clearing
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes round off your profile
