Your area of work:
Group Compliance Oversight is responsible for overseeing the performance of internal coordination and oversight, acting as advisory function for business areas as well as assessing, upon request, the relevance of regulatory requirements, maintaining regulatory knowledge, especially related to non-financial reporting and banking regulation within Group Compliance. Regulatory Advisory & Reporting is responsible for establishing and maintaining specific repositories as central source for key regulatory information and defining processes to ensure timely notification of competent authorities.
Your responibilites:- You will support the management of the day-to-day relationship with various (international) supervisory authorities of the Deutsche Börse Group entities
- You are jointly responsible for the on-going dialogue with local Compliance Functions of Deutsche Börse Group entities and for the coordination of Compliance activities between Local and Group Compliance
- You are involved in the analysis of new regulatory requirements and the management of implementation of various companies of Deutsche Börse Group
- You will support the analysis of regulatory requests as well as the tracking and coordination of regulatory correspondence
- You will be responsible for regulatory notifications for dedicated topics for certain DBG legal entities and you will act as advisor for specific regulatory questions
- In this role you will support projects and initiatives with relation to regulatory topics
- In addition, you will develop and strengthen the Oversight processes within and outside of the team
- Furthermore, you will proactively contribute to and perform control activities
Your Profile:
- You have completed your university degree in Business, Economics or a related area
- You have at least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the financial industry, regulatory authorities or in Compliance or related area
- You have good knowledge of relevant regulatory legislations and requirements across Compliance risk types (Securities Compliance, Sanctions, AML/CTF, Fraud/ABC);
- You are able to work self-contained, independent and result driven
- You are open-minded, willing to learn, and a highly organized personality with attention to detail
- You have strong analytical skills, intercultural competence, and a hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German
