Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success. Our mission is simple – Make IT Run! As Contracts & Services Manager (f/m/d) you will manage that Corporate IT services fulfil the outsourcing requirements set by Deutsche Börse Group and our regulators. Also, you will ensure that our service catalogue and our KPI reports are in line with our agreed service levels. You will identify improvement opportunities and independently drive automation activities. You will work closely with the whole Corporate IT leadership team.
Field of activity
As Contracts & Services Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the whole outsourcing chain within the Corporate IT contract landscape (from the supplier to the customer). You will make sure all Corporate IT services are well defined and linked, and service contracts with our customers are created, maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
You will support the process of receiving regulatory (eg BaFin, CSSF) and customer approvals for new Corporate IT Services and ensure the outsourcing process for Corporate IT is properly managed by setting up clear roles and responsibilities as well as a proper knowledge base for all related outsourcing topics.
Your responsibilities:
- You act as the main contact in Corporate IT for all intercompany contracts, and regulatory outsourcing relevant requirements ensuring contract management lifecycle is kept (creation, renewals, cancellations…)
- You will enhance the Corporate IT Service Catalogue to maintain it up to date ensuring KPIs for all our services are delivered on time and provided with quality ensuring data reliability. You also investigate and implement ideas seeking KPI Report automation
- You monitor the IT Service portfolio for potential changes and help improving and maintaining an overview of our outsourcing portfolio
- You ensure, in alignment with Control functions, that all Corporate IT Suppliers and Business Owners fulfil the latest regulatory requirements (i.e. creation and updates of pre-assessments, risk assessments, outsourcing and EBA annexes) ensuring all needed information is centrally stored and available (question: Is risk assessments and mapping to EBA annexes not with Melissas Team?)
- You support audits and documentation submission to regulators (BaFin, CSSF…) for new services in place
- Furthermore, you identify opportunities for improvement seeking automation and quick wins
Your profile:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field
- You have a basic understanding of technology services, IT- and Cloud Outsourcings
- You are familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., BAIT, EBA & ESMA Cloud Guidelines)
- Experience in the field of Outsourcing functions would be an advantage
- You have an outstanding proactivity; great communication skills (in English, German an advantage) and you can understand complex assignments and translate them into individual tasks
