Application Operations team runs the application portfolio of Corporate IT – from rollout into production, modifications, support and stable operations, to decommissioning. This includes adherence to our control framework (e.g. ISO 27000 Information Security Framework), bugfixing, standard operations procedures, customization and continuous improvement. The team has a client-oriented role, advises internal customers and works closely with other technical or infrastructure teams.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for supporting projects used for automation. This includes mainly operations and setup of new applications created in Mendix Studio Pro and BluePrism robot platform.
- Support of Linux based applications running in docker (deployment, optimization, 2nd level support)
- Establish and ensure compliance with IT Security and regulatory requirements
- Support applications development efforts and innovation
- Experience working with Linux/Unix and databases, knowledge of scripting (Unix Shell Scripts, Perl, Python etc.)
- Experience with system monitoring and event analysis
- Knowledge in the field of networks
- Experience using Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker
- Advantage: experience with Mendix Studio Pro (or other similar Low-Code systems)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
