LuxCSD S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – in Luxembourg’s financial community for a wide variety of domestic and international securities. LuxCSD is jointly owned by the central bank of Luxembourg (Banque centrale du Luxembourg) and Clearstream, the post-trading services provider of Deutsche Börse Group.



  • Support the corporate activities of LuxCSD. Maintain calendar of key deliverables, reports and work lists actions necessary to fulfil legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee annual CSDR Review and evaluation exercise to ensure completeness. Take appropriate first line actions. Liaise with regulatory reporting unit.   
  • Prepare agenda, take minutes and coordinate preparation of Corporate meetings including ComEx and Outsourcing Governance/material Change Committee (OGC/MCP). Review submitted materials and save materials appropriately. Follow up on resulting actions. 
  • Support Board preparation: including Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Risk Committee, User Committee and AGM. . Review submitted materials from participants to ensure accuracy. Liaise with Boards and Committees. 
  • Regularly attend ComEx and OGC/MCP meetings to take accurate minutes, 
  • Policies, procedures: Analyse and assist with the review and implementation of policies and procedures. Create an inventory of all approved documents and regularly update LuxCSD’s manual of procedures and data bases.
  • Oversee the Inventory of Rules and Regulations. Assess business evolution and relevance of new CSSF circulars and regulations. Liaise with Regulatory Compliance and legal for their parts. 
  • Maintain register of regulatory correspondence, including AMOR tool entries. Ensure company contracts are uploaded to SAP CLM. 
  • Provide back up for other team members as necessary


Qualifications/required skills

  • University degree in business or law
  • Legal or Company Secretary training and/or experience.
  • Seasoned professional with solid experience in the regulated, financial sector. 
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Computer and technology literate. 
  • Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English. French as a second language.
