As a Cybersecurity Project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the coordination and planification of our security projects and activities internally to our section. Your expertise and interest in Cybersecurity solutions, stakes and best practices will be instrumental in the prioritization and planification of robust security measures across our infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key projects and initiatives to mitigate risks, and proactively respond to emerging threats. Your responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure that our security projects are delivered in time.
• Build and report resource, budget and capacity views and metrics.
• Promote cybersecurity culture efficiently (talks, food for thoughts, awareness training)
• Develop and maintain security reporting as the compliance or the risk assessment.
• Validate that our solutions comply with policies, standards, and procedures for our environments, in alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify potential weaknesses and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks associated with new systems, applications, and technologies, and provide guidance on secure implementation.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, and proactively propose enhancement to existing security controls.
• Perform periodic security audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures and recommend improvements.
• Respond to security incidents promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members and provide guidance on Cybersecurity best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Collaborate with external vendors and security partners to leverage their expertise and tools in enhancing our overall security posture

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or a previous experience in this area.
• A first experience in designing, planning, and communicating about Cybersecurity in enterprise environments would be appreciate
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and industry standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Ability to analyze and interpret security requirement.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to details.
• Professional certifications such as Security +, CISSP, CEH or LPIC will be an advantage.
• Team player and ease of communication
• Fluency in English language. French and/or German highly desirable
