Your area of work:

Datawarehouse Luxembourg builds, maintain and operates applications related to Clearstream Data Warehouse area via numerous applications called: CDL application (Clearstream Data Layer built on cloud latest technologies), Claims and Risk Management, Risk management, Regulatory Reporting, Customer’s Reporting, Reference Data Repository and services related to Trends and Patterns Monitoring, Credit Customer rating application (Jewel).

Your responsibilities:

Integrate new business use cases into the CDL application via ingestion and manipulation of data in python via databricks technology stack
Staying up-to-date with developments in the field of data engineering
Assist during the test phases the business analysts and the data scientists

Your profile:

Professional qualification or experience on similar position
At least 1 year of experience in productive mode, with really development
Real working experience with Python, scripting knowledge (for automation)
Experience in data modeling, in process automation, in cloud computing (skills in cloud computing and big data handling)
Knowledge of data analytical libraries, Cloud technologies in general
Experience with cloud computing and big data handling (Hadoop, Spark)
Experience with SQL, GitHub
Experience with Databricks is a plus
Ability to write clear and structured code
Experience with agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment
Proficiency in written and spoken English
