Field of activity
Our Digital Services & Initiatives team is in in charge of Digital Content & UI, Digital Products & UX as well as Automation and Analytics. We are looking for a new team member to support us in the Automation and Analytics field.
Our ambition is to drive data-driven decision-making by delivering relevant business information & insights through our Business Intelligence platform, which is SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as to help digitalize processes and workflows via tools like Mendix, BluePrism (RPA) or MS PowerApps and Automate. Currently being in the phase to establish such tools within our company, we help to shape the future of our company’s processes for modern (digital) business standards.
As a Developer/Analyst you will design the entire end to end data flow processes, you will make sure they are running smoothly and provide expected insights. To achieve this, you will communicate with affected stakeholders as well as with the other team members.
- Keep our datasets and reports up to date
- Analyze reporting requirements & suggest solutions
- Design, develop and maintain data flows & reports
- Automate reporting and the other processes
- Solve ad-hoc reporting or analytics requests
- Assist the other team members when needed
- Build apps with Microsoft PowerApps / Power Automate
- Communication with the rest of the team as well as the other DBG teams (business owners, IT, etc.)
- Bachelor degree in IT, Math or Economics or proven experience in a data management position
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft VBA
- Basic Experience with a BI/visualization tool
- Basic Experience with SQL
- Basic programming skills are an advantage
- Logical mindset/skills
- Open mindset, open to learn new tools and techniques
- Be a team player
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English, German as an advantage
- Good time management
