Your area of work

 

In your new position you will be working as Digital Business Analyst within the Unit Business Development & Commercialisation of the New Digital Markets & Issuer Services area.
In your role you will continuously monitor the market developments in the digital and crypto asset ecosystem and develop business and product strategies especially focused on the D7 digital post-trade platform. You will develop and articulate respective business growth and expansion strategies for the area of New Digital Markets & Issuer Services in this regard. You will assess market feasibility, monitor the market environment and competitive landscape and engage with different market participants. You will ensure successful interaction and collaboration with colleagues from Product Management, Relationship Management, Regulatory Strategy, among others, as well as overall Clearstream Strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural team across different locations and includes room for personal initiative and ideas.

 

Your responsibilities

 

 

  • Develop and maintain of the digital business and product strategy of New Digital Markets & Issuer Services, and especially the D7 digital post-trade platform, in alignment with the Clearstream/DB1 strategy, focusing on new digital assets also including crypto, NFT and data products
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for opportunities around the digital and crypto ecosystem
  • Support the screening and providing business rational support for strategic partnership and M&A opportunities supporting the overall strategy development, focusing on opportunities in the digital and crypto space
  • Support the development of go-to-market & sales strategies across key client segments for new and existing products
  • Establish, develop and maintain appropriate messaging, sales material and processes for relationship management teams across the organization/regions as multipliers and sales support
  • Continuous screening and analysis of competitive environment to continuously benchmark and improve New Digital Markets & Issuer Services marketing in the digital and crypto environment

 

Your profile

 

  • University degree or similar in an economics and/or a comparable degree
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting industry with focus on financial industry or background in capital markets
  • Experience in and very good understanding of the digital securities and crypto asset space
  • Very good understanding of the financial services industry and especially in the international post-trade industry
  • Excellent customer-oriented communication as well as strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment 
  • Written and spoken German and English is mandatory. French and/or any other language are an asset
  • Good presentation skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer and service orientation
