Field of activity

Our Digital Services & Initiatives team is in in charge to drive digitalization and innovation. The team focuses on the working areas of Digital Products & UX, Digital Content & UI, as well as Automation and Analytics. We are looking for a new project manager. As a Digitalization Project Manager, you collect use cases from various stakeholders and dentify new use cases by yourself. You structure, validate and prioritize these cases and you perform high level analysis on feasibility, budget and capacity requirement for decision making in our Change Control Board. 
With your client-centric mindset, you work on solution design collaboratively together with affected stakeholders. While designing the solution, you actively drive value creation by considering smart processing, as well as effective and efficient technology setup to ultimately deliver a great user experience. 
You supervise the full change case portfolio during their solution design phase and drive their processing. Smaller administrative tasks are automated by yourself via Microsoft Office365 / Power Platform / Power Apps. For a proper implementation, you hand over use cases to the Implementation Manager. 

 

Tasks/responsibilities 

  • Collect, identify and describe digital use cases
  • Actively drive the solution design of digital use cases by connecting required stakeholders (specialists, management, IT)
  • Manage the use case project portfolio in the solution design process
  • Communicate status and progress to our internal stakeholder audience
  • Automate small use cases in Microsoft Power Platform

 

Qualification/required skills

  • Relevant Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Technology Management
  • Professional level of German and English
  • Experienced in (agile) project management, stakeholder and change management and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to drive digitization project work, can-do attitude and a Client-centric mindset
  • Ability to understand and analyze information precisely, devise solutions and report to internal audiences
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and information systems (SAP, Office 365)
  • Profound knowledge in business process modelling
  • Familiarity with workflow management and business intelligence solutions
  • Experience with low/no-code workflow solution such as Microsoft Power Platform
