Clearstream’s Securities Services division provides its clients with top-class solutions around securities settlement & custody as well as financing and data solutions.
The Business Development team of Clearstream’s Securities Services business takes care of facilitating the growth of the business by driving key strategic initiatives as well as its Marketing activities while ensuring a high level of client centricity across the business.
As an Editor & Web publisher you would be responsible for editing, updating and finally publishing documentation, customer announcements and other news on the company websites (Clearstream and LuxCSD). The editing task follows a structured process of reviews in close collaboration with Product Business lines, Market readiness teams and line management.
In your role, you will use the company’s content management system (CMS) to publish the edited documentation, announcements, and Marketing texts on the web site. Additionally, the web publisher is responsible for updating and maintaining existing content across the site.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to support both the further development of our marketing channels and particularly the website from a strategic perspective, as well as work on exciting marketing larger marketing campaigns.
As an editor and web publisher the main tasks would involve working with customer information to:
- Maintain the company website including:
- Editing and publishing customer announcements, documentation, such as user guides, handbooks, as well as Product related Marketing news;
- Ensure consistent and appropriate client communication
- Updating web pages and navigation;
- Adding meta data and keywords;
- Format web pages and documents to corporate standards;
in a timely manner according to project schedules.
- Review and propose improvements to the website both from a technical and Marketing point of view.
- Potentially support the Product Marketing team in their wider responsibilities, e.g. on Marketing campaigns or response to client RfPs / Due Diligence questionnaires.
- University Degree, in Business, Finance or Economics or relevant experience in Banking and Finance;
- Fluency in English and German;
- Accuracy, attention to detail for grammar and layout;
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office suite and file management;
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), web publishing, and web administration experience;
- Knowledge of Adobe Framemaker and ability to create/edit Adobe Acrobat forms would be desirable but training will be given;
- Financial services industry knowledge and interest;
- Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
