Field of activity
IT Strategy/ Chief of Staff department supports the central governance processes including Board & Committees processes within the CIO/ COO Division. It acts as interface between different stakeholders within DBG including the DBG's corporate central functions, DBG's subsidiaries and the various market business segments of Deutsche Börse Group. In its central coordination role IT Strategy/ Chief of Staff department is responsible for effective and efficient management of decision processes and the management of communication throughout DBG's formal bodies, e.g. Leadership Teams, Executive- and Supervisory Boards.
In your new position as Employee IT Strategy/ Governance & Committee Management, you will support the IT Organization management, work closely with the Product Organization, Shared Services and Central Functions. You will support the senior management in coordinating the entire process and procedures on all relevant governance topics.
- Act as central quality gate and coordinator within the CIO division for all CIO submissions towards DBAG Executive Committee and Supervisory Board
- Coordination of CIO internal leadership team committees (timeline, agenda alignment, communication, minutes)
- Maintain all central CIO Governance procedures and processes
- Ad-hoc support on central CIO initiatives
- Academic degree in economics, business administration or similar degree in a relevant field of expertise
- Strong communication skills, also on Senior Management level
- Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team.
- Your affinity to a precise and structured working style and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility in task delivery and result orientation
- Familiar with Corporate Governance topics
- A result-oriented working method in a team is self-evident for you
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in speaking and writing
