Your area of work:

For our Section "Energy IT”, we are looking for a dedicated Functional Specialist to contribute to analysis and development of our products in the agile working environment.

Your responsibilities:

Analyze the functional requirements of the software systems, processes, and procedures
Develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
Design and document system processes and workflows
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Perform analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement
Test system performance and troubleshoot any issues
Develop test plans, scripts, and procedures
Provide user training and technical support

Your profile:

Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
2+ years of experience with analysis in software development
Experience working with software systems and databases
Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Experience with programming languages or database systems is a plus
Proficiency in English
