Your area of work:

Client Data Management Unit is responsible for the day-to-day account management and signature verification as a service processes for the Clearstream entities in a dynamic and international context. We work in collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Sales and Compliance as well as within the whole Deutsche Börse Group throughout the life cycle of the Customers relationship.

In your new role, you will manage and coordinate tasks that participate in a wide range of processes from account maintenance, signature verification as well as dependencies with further units of the section and interaction with internal stakeholders. Your team will be responsible for client data maintenance in the different systems of different legal entities and ensure timely processing of all related client as well as internal requests.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the team by providing guidance on all unit relevant tasks and coordinating activities across the locations in Luxembourg and Eschborn

  • Organize and reflect required framework updates to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Drive required changes to streamline and simplify operational processes

  • Define clear actions for team members and ensure proper monitoring

  • Ensure timely performance of all operational activities and avoid creation of backlog

  • Manage addressed recommendations / findings, i.e. create corrective action plan by defining remediation measures, ensure implementation and closure according to timeline 

  • Monitoring incoming internal/external requests (signature verification and account maintenance)

  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of the requests and provide feedback

  • Ensure active and regular information sharing on recent developments and observation to your line management and establish efficient issue management

  • Support in resource planning to ensure all tasks and responsibilities can be executed and allocation of resources including prioritization of tasks

  • You are also responsible for the oversight of outsourced activities to our operational hubs in Prague and Singapore: KPIs monitoring, perform dedicated controls and weekly reviews, yearly due diligence review, procedures and SLAs review and sign-off

 

Your profile:

  • University degree or similar in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal

  • Team lead experience is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and solution orientation skills, focus, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a diverse and international environment

  • Excellent time and priority management

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Client centricity and daily work in line with the DBAG values (performance, reliability, integrity, openness and responsibility)

  • Experience with SAP systems (ERP, CRM, S4, Fiori), account maintenance and archiving tools

  • Proficiency in written and oral English is mandatory. French and German language skills will be an asset
