Your area of work
The Head of Facility Management is responsible for operations and management of 30+ Deutsche Boerse Group office and data centre sites worldwide. Target is to develop existing and new locations worldwide with respect to deployed technology and work environment for our employees. The team of skilled and experienced facility management experts delivers high quality services in the area of work equipment, supports business responsible in all work environment related decisions and continuously monitors and improves the quality of delivered work products.


Your responsibilities

  • Ensure nonviscous operations and management for all dedicated building properties
  • Deliver construction projects of various sizes for existing and new locations worldwide
  • Lead a team of 20+ experienced and highly skilled facility management experts worldwide
  • Manage a variety of external service providers supporting building operations
  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant internal and external rules and regulations
  • Secure budget containment with respect to given targets
  • Create and maintain thorough site documentation for all assigned premises


Your profile

  • University degree with technical/engineering specialization
  • 5+ years of experience in leading mid to large teams
  • 5+ years in responsible positions in Facility Management with focus on building operations and management
  • 5+ years of project planning and delivery experience with budget responsibility
  • Excellent command of the English language is a must have
  • German language skills are desirable, French language skills are nice to have
