Your area of work:
We are looking for a line manager to join our IT development centre in Prague and help us advance and maintain the functionality and technology of our systems. You will be responsible for the team that works on functional requirements and analysis for Payment, Collateral Management and FX Settlement applications in Eurex Clearing C7 system landscape. In addition, the team also works as relationship management with various external companies establishing SWIFT network connectivity.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and drive the analysis activities for the respective Payment, FXS and Collateral Management C7 components
- Organize the project functional deliveries (Epics and enhancements) for the respective Payment, FXS and Collateral Management C7 components
- Assist in prioritization for Epics of the respective Payment, FXS and Collateral Management C7 components
- Support issue resolution for production issues on the payment network
- Manage, support and develop the team
- Liaising with interface partners located in Prague, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Zurich and may be other locations
Your profile:
- University degree in informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, economy or comparable qualification
- Strong understanding of functional requirement management and analysis
- Modern people leadership mindset giving responsibility to experienced team members
- Knowledge of service driven IT architecture and SWIFT messages is a benefit
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. German professional proficiency is a benefit
Additionally, you need to be a team player with good communication skills, highly motivated, flexible and good at handling MS Office applications.
