Your area of work 

 

We are currently recruiting a HR Business Partner for our Luxembourg location, reporting to the HR Director.  

The HR Business Partner is a member of the local and global HR team. 

The HR Business Partner plays an essential role as strategic trusted partner and change agent for managers of assigned business areas. 

 

Your responsibilities 

 

The HR Business Partner will drive talent attraction & employee engagement by  

  • Participating in external and internal mobility processes  

  • Implementing locally the HR group initiatives  

  • Managing the existing local employee engagement activities  

  • Pro-actively proposing and implement new initiatives to enhance employee experience based on the annual employee survey feedbacks. 

  • Supporting the Diversity & Inclusion initiatives 

  • Supporting and enhancing the wellbeing program 

 

 

The HR Business Partner will work closely with managers on Talent & Performance management by  

  • Supporting and coordinate the annual Performance Planning & Review Process. 

  • Implementing the talent management framework and succession plans for assigned business area. 

  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, career development, development plans …) 

 

 

The HR Business Partner ensures the compliance with will HR policy, regulations, and labor law by  

  • Provides knowledge, guidance and interpretation to the business 

  • Ensure to safeguard compliance standards and company values   

 

The HR Business Partner is in charge of proper reporting delivery & analysis by  

  • Supporting the monthly HR reporting deliverables. 

  • Analysing trends and metrics of the HR dashboard 

  • Generating added value reports and its analysis to Management. 

 

 

 

Your Profile 

 

  • Education background Master 2 in relation to Human Resources  

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as HR business partner  

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to adapt communication based on audience 

  • Integrity 

  • Ability to prioritize 

  • Customer focus mindset 

  • Project Management skills a benefit. 

  • Team member with a collaborative mindset  

  • Fluent in English written and oral is mandatory 

  • French and/or German are desirable but not essential 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 

  • Knowledge in SAP and Talent Link
