As HR Process and Administration Officer (f/m/d)) you will be part of our Talent Attraction & Development team in the Strategy & Initiatives section of HR. In your role, you will be involved in our team´s HR projects to support us on our journey of people development, e.g. regarding talent development, training, and learning. Furthermore, you drive the continuous optimisation of our processes while ensuring that they are in line with relevant regulations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
- You will contribute to and support different projects that are part of our people strategy, e.g., projects connected to talent development and training
- You will ensure the regulatory compliance of the processes within the team including, e.g., process documentation, risk assessment, and contract management
- You will be responsible for the set-up and management of a standardized process for contract management with external training providers to support the onboarding and management of our training providers
- You will perform administrative tasks within the team, e.g., supporting in purchasing or infrastructure matters
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- You have already gained 2-4 or more years of professional experience in implementation projects
- Working experience in a regulated environment is a strong plus
- You can successfully manage multiple priorities while working independently
- You have basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile) while considering budget, schedule and resources
- You are a curious mind, are open for change and like challenging the status quo
- You have a strong process orientation with a focus on lean and efficient design
