As a central securities depository (CSD) headquartered in Frankfurt/Main, Clearstream Banking AG operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for German securities.
Field of activity
As an intern - Boards & Committees (f/m/d), you will support the team in the Corporate Office department significantly with the entire process of the organization and preparation of various board and committee meetings, as well as supporting procedures and processes and corporate governance topics.
Tasks/responsibilities
- You will support independently the organization and documentation of board and committee meetings
- You will analyze and evaluate current corporate governance projects and will create active communication with different internal departments
- Furthermore, you will support the team by creating and updating of procedures, processes and corporate governance topics such as the implementation of new rules and regulations.
Qualifications/required skills
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 4 semesters with focus on Business or Finance.
- You are interested in Corporate Governance topics.
- Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your affinity to a precise and structured working style and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You are a driven and creative individual with excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
