- General and administrative support to the REGIS-TR team in Luxembourg across Business Development and General Management
- Support the Relationship Managers with respect to existing clients and prospects – client account management, sales pipeline management etc.
- Support the Dunning process for clients who are late in the settlement of invoices
- Support Marketing Team with respect to event organisation and sales initiatives. Participating in regular editorial and marketing meetings
- Market trend analysis and other analysis as per ongoing initiatives
- Providing support for producing sales reports entailing engagement with other teams
- Support for other ad-hoc tasks as required
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Business Administration, Finance, Sales, Marketing or similar and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no longer than 6 months
- Excellent communications and presentational skills
- Ability to innovate, run initiatives and simplify/challenge current processes and practices
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing Campaign Management
- Dynamic team player willing to cooperate with multiple colleagues across departments and office locations
- Strong knowledge of MS office – Excel and PowerPoint in particular
- Business proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset
