As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A.operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.

Your area of work

The Connectivity Team assists B2B clients in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Clearstream Banking connectivity products, making sure of delivering high-quality services providing clients with real-time access to instruction status, cash and security position, corporate action notifications and the latest market information.

Your Responsibilities
In this position you will be assisting the Client Testing Team for CBF and CBL connectivity products. The type of tasks is diversified, and your responsibilities will be:

Support the team during client’s testing sessions
Supporting BAU activities and prepare the required customer’s setup
Client cases and CRM management
Business data analysis
Support documentation’s collection and organization

Your Profile

University degree in economics, business management or equivalent and can provide an internship agreement
Proficiency in written and spoken English; German would be an advantage
Interest in Financial Markets
Knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel
IT skills, if familiar with databases and query languages is an advantage
Strong organizational skills

Duration: 6 months
