Your area of work
As an Intern - Plan and Control @ Corporate IT (f/m/d) you will support the Plan and Control team within Corporate IT. The Plan & Control team oversees all Corporate IT processes related to Finance and Controlling, Governance and Compliance, Project Management, License Management, and coordination of department specific HR topics.
Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is taking care of end user workplace experience, voice & communication, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes. We also develop and operate our Enterprise Analytics and Digital Boardroom which are the core of sharing and measuring our group’s success.

Your responsibilities:

You will support cultural development in the department and innovation topics
You will assist in operational and administrative day-to-day business and project work
You are responsible for your own projects, eg. employee satisfaction surveys, analyze and visualize the results
You will plan, concept and organize team events and workshops
You will prepare and present KPI reportings
You act as a person of trust for our leaders and employees on all People & Culture topics and advise them on questions and challenges they may face

Your profile:

You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at university as a regular student in the areas of (Economic-)Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or similar studies. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, a certificate of enrolment is not required
You have the desire to evolve and you are motivated to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
You love to take on responsibility and contribute creative ideas
You have experience in creating presentations as well as analyzing and visualizing data
You are self-confident and like to speak in front of people
You are an organizational and communicational talent and enjoy working in a team
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
