Clearstream Banking S.A.
As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business – i.e. issuance, settlement and custody – for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.
Your area of work
Clearstream’s Regulatory Intelligence and Supervisory Engagement team manages Clearstream’s relationship with the Luxembourg and European regulators and collaborates on Clearstream’s regulatory strategy with senior management and stakeholders across Clearstream. We are looking for a motivated student or recent graduate with a strong interest in banking law and regulation to join our diverse and collegial team.
- Assist in managing Clearstream’s relationship with the Luxembourg and European financial regulators
- Engage in special projects that support high-profile strategic initiatives
- Provide support on other regulatory tasks and ad hoc requests
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme focusing on Finance, Law, or a similar subject with a recognized institution OR recent (6 months ago or less) graduate of a Finance, Law or similar subject bachelor’s degree programme (must have the right to work in Luxembourg)
- Interest in banking regulation
- Experience with MS Office applications
- Commitment, enthusiasm, independence, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Duration: 6 months full-time
Start date: 1 February 2022
