As Student Assistant - Business Partnering you will have the excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. You will be actively taking part in our processes, while we are offering you diverse, interesting and above all challenging tasks. In a dynamic, client and technology-oriented environment you will support controlling tasks and define new ways to measure and report relevant financial information to enable the management to identify opportunities and risks.
The Controlling department supports Deutsche Börse Group management in planning, coordination and management accounting activities by providing the necessary tools and information. It is responsible, in particular, for the planning and forecasting process, internal budget and cost management, revenue controlling, and internal financial reporting.
• You will support the preparation of presentations and financial reports for the Executive Management
• You will be involved in planning, forecasting and monthly reporting
• You will set up new projects and take care of the maintenance of tools
• You will support with budget performance reviews including variance analysis
• You will assist in ad hoc analysis and optimization of internal processes
• You will participate in the implementation of new controlling requirements
• You must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during your internship
• You have the ability to organize, communicate and work in a team environment
• You are willing to take over responsibility
• You are highly motivated and eagerness to learn
• You are competent in handling Microsoft Office
• You are proficient in written and spoken English, German is a benefit
