Your area of work
As a working student (f/m/d) you will be member of the unit “Policies & Contract Support” under the section “Intercompany Organisation”, department “Group Organizational Services” of Deutsche Börse AG based in Eschborn. You will support Contract- and Business Owners within the End-to-End Purchasing and Contract Management processes of Deutsche Börse Group.
- You will provide user support in the overall End-to-End Purchasing and Contract Management Process and other related sub-processes.
- You will guide Contract- and Business Owners along the Purchasing and Contract Management journey and provide information about the next relevant steps and certain prerequisites.
- You will gain interesting insights in the regulatory requirements for regulated companies and related processes of the Control Functions and other relevant Stakeholders.
- You will make yourself familiar with all relevant policies and End-to-End process related documents and procedures.
- You will jointly maintain a repository for End-to-End process related documentation.
- You will join regular meetings with Control Functions and other relevant Stakeholders to make sure you are informed about latest changes in relevant processes.
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least three semesters (Study focus: economics, business studies or other).
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of client and/or user support.
- You are interested in banking, financial and capital markets, and the regulatory environment.
- You have great communication and analytical skills which will help you to communicate via different channels and easily familiarize yourself with new topics.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Excel, Word and SharePoint).
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ideally you have experience with related tools (e.g. SAP CLM, SAP ERP, Jira, Ariba, Fieldglass, Appway etc.).
