Your area of work:

Clearstream Investment Funds - Digital Transformation drives innovation and oversees design of digital and business transformation by combining technology, strategy, and product.  It links the business strategy with the organization and structuring of business, operations, and IT.  This is across locations, platforms, and entities. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, as a business and digital transformation manager you are responsible for leading large-scale changes within Investment Fund Services. You will work with a variety of stakeholders inside and outside the organisation to implement new strategies, processes and technologies that will positively impact the investment fund business.  You will be driving change and overseeing implementation of new technology, systems, processes. You will clearly act as liaison between different departments and teams and must ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding these changes.

 Your responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise as part of large Business projects – ensuring successful project delivery end-to-end
  • Monitor the progress of each project throughout its life cycle, ensure deadlines are met, and objectives achieved
  • Coordinate with IT, Operations, Product and Business teams as well as external vendors to design and develop new systems or processes
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of proposed initiative and projects. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis.
  • Create and support establishment of sound implementation plans for new systems and processes
  • Determine good allocation of resources within the organization to meet goals and deadlines
  • Analyse where improvements can be made to increase efficiency or effectiveness of processes
  • Establish communication plans to notify all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) on related changes
  • Prepare and run all required meetings and workshops
  • Provide expertise and oversee (where relevant) management of product, external and internal readiness
  • Ensure tight and good collaboration with all involved stakeholders internal and external to the organisation
  • Continuously improve through feedback

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years professional and practical experience the financial services industry
  • A natural drive to take the initiative to “get things done”.
  • Able to work independently as well as a flexible team player in an international environment.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, numeracy literate, strong negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Spoken and written fluency in business English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word,)
  • Organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Proven management skills – leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
