Field of activity
IT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the design, implementation and operation of Deutsche Börse Group’s information technology infrastructure. Our teams cover network design and operation, cloud support, infrastructure tools, storage & back-up, security operations and data center infrastructure. All teams work jointly together and act as a companywide concentrator of technical expertise ensuring excellent support across the locations Chicago, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, and Prague.
The unit IT Infrastructure Service Integration enables the development and implementation of new technologies, global business innovation and continuous process improvement.
The service integration of highly automated and essential data processing will bring you in touch with many other areas in Deutsche Börse Group and the capital market dynamics.
- Collect requirements and agree with stakeholders on consolidated approach
- Create specifications for the implementation of innovations and new technologies
- Support process flows development and implementation
- Support business projects and lead technical project streams
- Develop implementation transition plans
- Plan and support of business acceptance tests
- Knowledge of SAP CRM is a plus
- Extensive analytical and problem solving skills
- Solution-oriented working methods
- Ability to enforce given standards and requirements
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- University degree or similar qualification (e.g. completed IT apprenticeship)
- Proficiency in German and English
