Your area of work:
IT Risk & Controls section plays a coordination and quality assurance role within the First Line of Defense to ensure that Risk Management process is properly designed and executed, appropriate controls are established and operated effectively.
Your responsibilities:
- Support employees and management in IT Risk management-related matters
- Monitor key risk indicators and communicate to 1st LoD and 2nd LoD
- Support maintenance and execution of IT Risk Management processes (risk identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting)
- Support update of IT Risk management framework in connection with DORA
- Cooperate with IT teams within the product lines and legal entities
Your profile:
Senior:
- Minimum 5 years working experience within an IT company, in IT Consulting or Financial Service Provider
- Know-how of legal and regulatory documents related to IT requirements in the financial industry, for example EBA Guidelines, MaRisk, BAIT, CSSF Circulars
- Knowledge of IT frameworks and Standards, e.g., COBIT, ISO Standards, or related certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ITIL, COBIT will be beneficial
- Analytical skills and experience to understand, structure and prepare/explain complex topics
- Proactive approach and ability to complete tasks in timely and accurate manner
- Experience with GRC tools & Service Now will be beneficial
Medior:
- Minimum 3 years working experience within an IT company, in IT Consulting or Financial Service Provider
