The CFCL IT department is tasked with ensuring effective operational service, availability and performance of the IT applications, infrastructure and workspace that support the business of CFCL, as well as contributing to the evolution of applications which support CFCL clients. The department is led by the Chief Information Officer who is a member of the Executive Board of CFCL. The IT function provides day to day oversight of service outsourcing relationships within Deutsche Boerse Group, and with external suppliers, monitoring SLAs and agreed KPIs in support of critical systems and services, and providing oversight on IT-related change programmes.
As IT Service Delivery Manager, you will act as IT business partner for CFCL (reporting directly to the CIO, and collaborating with the CFCL IT Service Delivery Manager and IT Change Managers), and you will take responsibility for capacity management, service management, incident management & reporting, IT-related business continuity and disaster recovery, and information security policy adherence of critical applications include the Core Banking System and various Investment Fund Services core systems.
Manage and monitor service delivery (SLAs) for all internal and external IT service partners (End user workspace, CFCL applications, Infrastructure, Cloud Service Provider), including specific oversight of Business Continuity Management.
Provide Incident/Problem Management and Security Incident Management and reporting.
Ensure adherence of CFCL employees, service providers and systems to CFCL and Deutsche Boerse Group information security policies, acting as single point of contact for access management.
Provide effective risk management across the CFCL IT landscape, monitoring and reporting risks to the CIO and CFCL board as required and managing mitigation through service providers where required.
Act as IT Business Partner for all CFCL employees, and manage relationships with the wider Clearstream and Deutsche Boerse IT community.
Act as technical owner and co-ordinator for IT related responses to RFP/RFI from CFCL clients.
Provide effective support to change management for the impact assessment and monitoring of IT related change for CFCL.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT related discipline or equivalent professional working experience.
At least 10 years of experience in IT service management/delivery, including 3 years managing service performance or service delivery as an IT business partner or service lead.
Excellent understanding of running and maintaining IT applications, and in monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
Experienced problem solver with experience in time critical activities such as IT incident management, problem management and Security incident management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong ability to interact with business and technical teams. French/German language skills will be an asset.
Knowledge of core banking systems and/or cloud services are considered advantageous.
