Your area of work:

The Digital Services & Initiatives team is responsible for digitalization initiatives: Digital Products as well as Automation and Analytics. As part of the digitalization process, the team collects requirements, organizes the overall roadmap, works on the solution design by considering UI/UX standards to achieve high user adoption and takes care about the implementation following the agile methodology.  


As a Junior Product Manager within the team Digital Services & Initiatives, you will help to shape the future of our group-wide external facing client portal.  You will be part of a great team, that shares values, collaboration, and positive relationships, cultivating a community of mutual support, active communication, and trust.  



Your Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in change initiatives to help to define and execute the product vision and strategy for our client portal, harmonized with the overall strategy of Deutsche Börse Group. 
  • In your day-to-day business you will engage in pipeline & project planning, conducting workshops, gathering requirements and aligning with IT & business stakeholders. 
  • You will work hand in hand with Solution Architects and Developers according to the established frameworks to deliver quality features within agreed timelines and governance standards. 
  • You will be expected to grow quickly into your role to be able tackle the challenge of leading change initiatives. 
  • You will have to occasionally take on tasks and duties of a functional analyst. 



Your profile 

  • You have a can-do attitude with a willingness to adapt to the emerging trends in technology and business needs and first experiences in product / project management in a software development environment. 
  • You are familiar with user-centric and agile project management methods and have first experience with JIRA  
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, functional analysts and users using strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.  
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage & prioritize tasks efficiently. 
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting complex requirements and translating them into practical solutions by considering basic UI/UX principles.
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English, German language would be an advantage
