As a Junior Project Management Officer HR (f/m/d), you will be part of our Initiatives, Analytics & Automation team in the Strategy & Initiatives Section of HR. In your role, you will be involved in various HR projects to support us on our path of technological transformation and continuous HR process optimization. This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced and diverse work environment.


  • Manage the HR Project Management Office with focus on HR strategy and initiatives
  • Ensure correctness and timeliness of various project deliverables (incl. milestone tracking, status reporting, open points, risk and issue management and preparation of management presentations)
  • Identify project risks and issues and monitor respective activities to mitigate risks
  • Perform budget controlling e.g. Planning, Forecasting, Maintenance, Tracking and Reporting
  • Perform administrative tasks e.g. management and organization of meetings, purchasing, infrastructure
  • Develop PMO standards and procedures in HR


Qualifications/required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Working experience of 2-4 or more years of experience in implementation projects
  • Previous working experience in Capital Markets/ Banking will be considered as a strong plus
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple and concurrent priorities while working independently
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile) considering budget, timeline and resources
  • Strong team player in a multicultural environment with good communication skills and positively assertive
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; French and German language skills would be an advantage
