Corporate IT of Deutsche Börse Group is in charge of end user workplace experience, unified communication & collaboration, automation, artificial intelligence, application development and operations for all group processes such as Financial Core, Customer Care, Control & Corporate Processes, as well as Deutsche Börse Group’s Reference Data Platform. As Mobile Communication Technology Business Manager (f/m/d) you will take the responsibility to ensure supporting business value creation with discussions with our business partners around their needs and requirements, obtain employee experience using relevant data sources and workplace analytics, manage business demand establishing mobile roadmap for innovations and new features and optimize cost and operational efforts including service life-cycle-management around our global mobile communication portfolio.
In addition you will support across different global locations for all mobile communication related topics.

Your responsibilities:

You take responsibility as the service/product owner for our global and group wide mobile communication technology products/solutions/services to deliver a state-of-the-art mobile workplace environment
You will drive and support the strategic planning and build of new solutions and services incl. cloud-based technology in collaboration with our business partners
Develop plans that use the full service and product life cycle, accounting for current & future business value while meeting user needs
Ensure user-oriented mobile technology services/solutions in line with business and regulatory requirements
Lead (end user) communication supporting cultural change as well as information and training needs of individuals
You will be the main contact for our global mobile carriers and ensure managing those including pro-active quality, quantity and cost control.

Your profile:

You have completed your Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) or have relevant work experience
You have several years of professional experience in the mobile communication services / solutions / carrier area
Deep technical knowledge of communication technology and devices like Apple / Android, MDM / MAM (e.g. MS Intune)
In-depth knowledge of the global (mobile) carrier tariff, solution and service market
Fundamental understanding of cloud services incl. Microsoft integration and security knowledge like Network Security etc.. Interest in new way of thinking with automation and artificial intelligence are a benefit.
You enjoy collaborating with teams, colleagues, business partners and users and building relationships to ensure continuous collaboration
You’re committed to continuous learning, hands-on mentality as well as good documentation skills round off your profile
Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset
