Do you prosper in a client-focused role that interacts with B2B business partners as well as internal teams in Clearstream? Are you at your best when providing high quality client services, working on improving these services and cooperating closely with our B2B business partners and the many stakeholders of Clearstream involved?

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Platform Operations team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the requirements and needs of our business stakeholders. Your role will involve working closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to identify and report defects and provide feedback on system functionality. In addition, you will manage operational procedures, maintaining efficient workflow processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure feasibility

Perform business acceptance testing activity in the context of system releases, launch of new products and services following an agile methodology approach
Provide support for the development and ongoing optimisation of internal processes with key stakeholders within Clearstream
Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure they are resolved.
Participate in new product launches and provide operational support for fund-related initiatives

Other supporting activities:

Support Client Service in the operational onboarding of new Business Partners
Support allocation of fee receivables and reconciliation tasks whereby working closely with Sales and Relationship Management but also directly communicating with our Business Partners

Your profile

Ideally 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry
Educated to degree level
Good understanding of the financial services industry, especially in the area of investment funds
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high client and service orientation
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus
Able to work to deadlines and targets, whilst delivering a high quality of work.
Superior command of JIRA and MS Office applications, in particular Excel, basic understanding of MS Access, SQL and SAP
Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious and resilient
Fluency in English, French/German/Italian language skills will be an asset
