Your area of work
This role is within the Product Management team in REGIS-TR, the leading European central trade repository.
The role of Product Management Officer is to define the requirements and business specifications of the Trade Repository, supporting all regulations including EMIR, SFTR, FinfraG and UK EMIR. He/she defines the user acceptance criteria, effectively analyzes the impact of changes on pre-existing systems, and liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that these solutions are sustainable, scalable and compliant with the regulatory and business needs.
Develop and support all regulations including EMIR, SFTR, FinfraG and EMIR UK. He/she supports the development of business requirements as regulatory solutions, finding solutions while cooperating and interacting with all business-related areas of REGIS-TR and the wider group, to ensure that these solutions are sustainable and scalable.
- translate business and regulatory requirements into functional documentation as well as conduct impact analysis of those changes
- define user acceptance criteria to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
- work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and communicate client/facing materials describing the new products and features
- identify opportunities to improve our processes
- build business cases for new initiatives and products and actively contribute to projects ensuring that customer and regulatory needs are represented and that business cases remain valid.
- 5 years of experience in defining business and/or regulatory requirements within the financial sector
- experience on defining user acceptance criteria
- solid understanding of EMIR, FinfraG, SFTR or any other relevant regulation
- technical experience with Office Suite, ISO20022. SQL would be an asset
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish or any other language would be an asset
