Your area of work:
Group Security establishes an intelligence driven security in Deutsche Börse Group which meets regulatory standards and supports a diverse infrastructure providing best practice security capabilities. The aim of the model is to minimise the risk to applications and data and to exclude not only external threats but also internal potential dangers, regardless of whether they are in the company's own network or in the cloud. To constantly improve the overall security posture while facing an ever-changing threat landscape, the section of Cyber Protection is managing a diverse portfolio of different improvement projects. In addition to the project portfolio, there is also a high number of initiatives to be managed and steered.

As a project management officer (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the creation and establishment of the project governance within the section of Cyber Protection with the goal of creating and maintaining a unified approach to conduct and steer projects and multitude of initiatives, as well as audit-related activities, that are leading to an improved security posture of the Deutsche Börse Group.

Your responsibilities:

You will directly support the central project manager of Cyber Protection by setting-up the project and program management governance including templates
You will be responsible to create and maintain standardized processes to steer and monitor projects and programs
You will align directly with different stakeholders and will create an end-to-end project governance view within the section of Cyber Protection
You will be involved in Audit-related activities
You will be engaged in daily business activities of Cyber Protection

Your profile:

You have a university degree in management, digital business, digital transformation, computer science, project management, cyber/ information security or other relevant fields
It is beneficial if you have a project management certification, PMI, Prince 2, Agile PM or equivalent
It is beneficial if you have previous work experience in Information Security/ Cyber Security
You are competent in working with MS-Office applications (especially PowerPoint)
Ideally you have experience with JIRA and/or Confluence
You have a strong sense of responsibility together with good analytical and organizational skills which will help you to familiarize yourself with our dynamic and customer-centric environment
You are interested in capital and financial markets
Your communicative and cooperative manner will quickly help you to find your way into our harmonious team.
You are proficient in written and spoken English; German knowledge is beneficial but not required
