Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your area of work:
The mission of Governance & Organisational Services is to provide inter-company services and to deliver large cross-divisional projects which are non-business and non-IT.
Within this organisation a central project management pool will be established to staff the mentioned cross-divisional projects.
 
Your responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-divisional projects and initiatives with full ownership of project scope, budget and timeline
  • Analyse and manage project risk
  • Track and report the project progress to PM governance and management
  • Report to senior management on a regular basis
  • Prepare service implementation for smooth line transitions

 
Your profile:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Project management, or a related experience, and being comfortable to take a leading role in any project
  • Understanding of the business model of Deutsche Börse Group is an advantage  
  • High level communication and presentation skills in German and English including senior management communication as well as persuasiveness and intercultural competence
  • Diplomatic but with the necessary tenacity to complete the task 
  • Ability to present complex issues in comprehensible formats in a communicative and simple manner
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as a high level of assertiveness
  • Self-motivated with an independent and focused approach to work, simultaneously geared toward team success
