Your area of work:

The IT Strategy, Culture and Post Merger Integration team supports the CIO/ COO and the IT Senior Management of Deutsche Börse AG and acts as central interface to Deutsche Börse Group’s Business Areas, Central Functions and Legal Entity Boards. The team acts also as central contact for M&A related IT initiatives.

In your new position, you will be driving projects in the areas of IT strategy, -communication and -governance within the CIO/ COO division. Together with your colleagues from Group Communication and within the CIO/ COO organization, you will design and execute communication initiatives including management and organization of events within and for the Deutsche Börse IT and (New) Tech practice. Additionally, your tasks will include the shaping of DBAG’s IT Strategy and related projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Execution and support of key strategic initiatives with focus on IT/ (New) Tech
  • Management and organization of IT community and conference meetings
  • Steering of CIO/ COO division communication (internal and external) and implementation of new communication formats
  • Act as contact for internal stakeholders and establish communication interfaces throughout Deutsche Börse
  • Execute governance initiatives with IT focus in coordination with central- and control functions
  • Support decision-making processes for the senior management, implementation and communication of resolution including coordination of board related presentations

    

Your profile:

  • Academic degree in economics, business administration or similar degree in a relevant field of expertise
  • Communication affinity, creativity expertise in both traditional and social media and strong interest in economic and technological topics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with steady ambition in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels  
  • Experience in project management with strong organizational and project management skills – experience in IT related projects
  • Independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility in task delivery and result orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English in speaking and writing as well as excellent teamwork skills
