Your area of work
The unit Risk Governance, Framework & Methodology is responsible for the continuous development, improvement and maintenance of the Non-Financial Risk & Multiple-Risk Framework and covered internal risk models as well as of the Risk Governance of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG) and all covered entities to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations in order to support a robust risk and control environment.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Perform the required risk calculations and detailed analyses for risk reporting, capital and strategy planning
  • Support the continuous development, improvement and maintenance of the Non-Financial Risk & Multiple-Risk models of Deutsche Börse Group (DBG) 
  • Support conceptual and methodological improvements of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) for regulated entities focusing on the maintenance, development and documentation of Non-Financial Risk models
  • Contribution to audits 

 

Your profile

  • Relevant university degree in a quantitative discipline, providing you with a sound knowledge of statistical and econometric methods and their application
  • Professional working experience in Risk Management would be an advantage
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts, to see the big picture as well as the detail
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as ability to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, German would be an advantage 
  • Very good command of MS Office, a level of programming and database experience is desirable (e.g. Python, SQL)
