Your area of work
Our unit is part of Global Securities Financing (GSF) operations family and provides different collateral management services together with business acceptance testing activities.
Apart from that, we provide support to our Securities Lending team in Luxembourg with regulatory reporting activities for ASL, ASL Plus and Principal lending products, which would be your role.
As a Regulatory Business Analyst, you would become part of newly established Securities Financing Transaction Regulation (SFTR) desk and hence actively participate in shaping of brand-new financial industry area, where innovative thinking is necessary.

We recruit technically skilled people with strong interpersonal skills, who are able to effectively communicate with colleagues across various departments and external entities. Ideally, you should have an enthusiasm for new projects, eye for detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We will then teach you everything else you need to become a successful Regulatory Business Analyst and will support ambitions for your personal development.
Your responsibilities
- Have a good understanding of Securities Financing Transactions and their role in financial system
- Undertake operational control and monitoring - identify and resolve emerged issues
- Manage correspondence on reporting matters between clients, regulators and stakeholders
- Prepare internal systems for upcoming regulatory changes in reporting including external testing
Your profile
- University degree in economics or finance related majors preferred or 2-3 years of relevant banking/finance experience
- Knowledge of Securities Lending business is an advantage, previous experience with ESMA regulations, SFTR or similar is an advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with ability to identify problems and propose solutions with attention to details
- Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and detail orientation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ability to manage significant amount of data using various functions
