Your area of work:

As Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking and supporting member firms across Eurex and the Cash Market to ensure regulatory compliance. You will act as the interface between the member and internal Deutsche Börse Group departments, handling daily issues, supporting by membership regulatory and reporting obligation fulfillment or changes and managing internal and market driven changes. Your new role will be direct client facing towards our trading members.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact towards Deutsche Börse Group members for trade and transaction reporting queries and issues. 
  • You will track and support member firms on issues and support through trouble shooting
  • You will work on ad hoc queries, proactive tracking, and customer education/training
  • You will have a strong customer service ethos, focus on client satisfaction and be able to proactively solve client issues when they occur.
  • Systematic approach and big picture view is a large part of this role as you support and coordinate important scope having Management and Regulator attention, often involving multiple internal stakeholders.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or finance
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to work independently when needed
  • Proficiency in English for daily communication in an international environment
