Your area of work
This role is within the Business Development team in REGIS-TR, the leading European central trade repository. The Sales and Relationship Manager’s objective is to provide premium trade reporting solutions to new and existing customers and to promote the products and services of affiliated entities. With a commitment to serve and a personal dedication to daily tasks, he/she is in charge of the core market services and revenues of REGIS-TR. He/she helps finding solutions to customer requirements while cooperating and interacting with all business-related areas of REGIS-TR and the wider group, to ensure that these solutions are sustainable and scalable. He/she will represent REGIS-TR to the wider market and participate at industry events, including speaking at conferences and organizing client user groups.
- Manage customers and prospects in the Dutch, Benelux and Swiss markets
- Manage and cultivate existing client relationships at a senior management level
- Develop business opportunities with existing and new customers, cross-sell products and manage the respective sales pipeline
- Meet the revenue targets for the allocated clients and region
- Keep abreast of general market updates, developments, and competitor’s activities in your markets and beyond
- Support (the Management of) the Company in the definition of the strategy for your markets and beyond
- Support and involve the Heads of Business Development and Product and their wider teams, in their aim to deliver new and enhanced products offerings
- Represent REGIS-TR externally, in the market in general and at customer/industry events in particular
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client relationship or sales role
- University degree in Economics, Banking or Finance, or a comparable education
- Excellent client facing and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Fluent in English and German essential
- Knowledge of an additional language, particularly French, would be advantageous
