Your area of work:
As a member of Client Services team, you will assist our clients with fulfilling their connectivity requests. In the Request Fulfillment role you will be coordinating and processing technical requests ranging from new connectivity to connectivity cancellations as the most common request types. If you are keen to build up your career in fin-tech industry, our young, dynamic, and multinational team offers you a great opportunity for it!
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the client service requests from the moment of their placement until the fulfillment
- Manage, coordinate, and track the customers’ requests and the connectivity process as a whole
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with our customer base through fast communication lead predominantly via e-mail
- Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with our internal teams
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Natural sciences, Engineering, Economics, or equal experience is advantage
- Distinct communication skills and willingness to work in a team
- Fast learner, precise and detail-oriented, pro-active, independent, goal-oriented mindset
- Analytical skills as well as excellent understanding and anticipation of customers’ technical requirements and needs
- Proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet customers need
- Proficient usage of the state-of-the-art office products (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)
- SAP CRM7 knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of the ITIL framework and guidelines is a plus
- Experience in project management is a plus
