Your area of work
The role of a Sales Manager encompasses development of deep understanding of client needs and structures as well as building trustful relationships to serve these needs best. In this role, you will be driving client acquisition and relationship management. With the wider team, you will ensure processes for Client Onboarding as well as Change Management are highly client-centered and efficiently set up. You will organize different client forums and working groups to steer development of the firm. In addition, you will be employing your creativity and exceptional interpersonal communication in cross-functional teams to contribute to marketing & communication concepts to ensure optimal industry reach and to add to building firm’s reputation as a thought-leader in the space.
Your responsibilities
- Developing a solid client pipeline for acquisition and relationship management
- Organizing client / advisory forums and working groups
- Ensuring that Onboarding as well as Change Management processes are efficient and client-centric
- Supporting the creation and execution of the marketing & communication strategy and concepts
- Effectively communicating internally and externally regarding product/market enhancement roadmap
Your profile
- University degree in business administration or finance/economics
- You have 1-3 years of institutional sales experience, preferably in derivatives trading space
- Active network in traditional finance/derivatives space and/or among institutional crypto players is a big advantage
- Ability to articulate product and market offerings clearly and precisely
- Start-up mindset: can-do approach, quick to learn, self-driven to grow, stress-resistant
- Understanding underlying drivers of capital markets; fascination by the dynamics of financial markets
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrencies and digital assets, preferably coupled with understanding of blockchain
- Readiness to travel
- Knowledge of traditional market models, especially for derivatives instruments is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in project management (formal or agile) is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; further languages will be a plus
- High professionalism and integrity, coupled with sense of urgency and client-oriented focus
- Positive attitude and willingness to go beyond your comfort zone to join a team of truly dedicated professionals on an exciting journey
Location: Employment location in Eschborn/Frankfurt, however, flexibility for remote work and/or project-based work from other locations required
