Field of activity

Corporate IT is the Enterprise IT of Deutsche Boerse Group, developing and operating IT services for all corporate functions. This includes all services for corporate processes e.g. sourcing and procurement, human resources, contract management and control processes like audit, risk management, compliance.
You would be joining our Corporate IT team – a highly experienced. In a dynamic, customer- and technology-oriented environment, you would be engaged in both – our SAP team and our cloud journey towards public cloud vendors, as well as supporting us in our journey towards the cloud and new enterprise services.
The state-of-art Customer Experience of the SAP S/4 solution together with Ariba SaaS allows turning raw data into the real business value. Tasks/Responsibilities
•    Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organisation.
•    Having a high level of competency with the company’s tools and using them to assist with co-ordination and project management
•    Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
•    Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
•    Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
•    Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
•    Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
•    Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
•    Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
•    A can-do attitude, result driven and openness to learning.


Qualifications/required skills
•    Degree in Business Administration / Project Management
•    First/Second level Scrum Master certification (CSP, PSM II)
•    Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
•    Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc
•    Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team: SAP ERP, MM, CRM, S4/Hana environments, JIRA, GitHub
•    Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
•    Previous experience as a team lead
•    Excellent communication and mentoring skills
•    This position is characterized by a high level of commitment and the will to develop high-performance teams, basic/soft IT and software development skills are ideal for this role.
•    Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games are a plus
•    Prior experience with SAP, JIRA, GitHub are a plus.
